Brett has been an entrepreneur since his mid twenties starting out as a licensed telecommunications reseller. His business flourished and he found himself sharing his successful methods with other business leaders on all aspects of business, including his lifelong interest in the subject of leadership. Brett then went on to join two partners and found My Access, an internet service provider recognised as one of Australia's elite Best of the Best businesses back in 2002. After selling this business he was invited to help others in their journey of building a successful business and became a mentor. He has continued his role as a mentor and business coach, and is now a key partner in the Centre of Influence Asia Pacific Pty Ltd alongside Keith Collins and Michael Rady.
Keith is a well grounded business builder with a sharp sense of commercial reality. From his early beginnings in his family’s hospitality business he was able to develop his skills practically and at business school to start his own organisation. He founded a home services company that provided many services such as commercial painting, maintenance, tree removal and landscaping. He sought the assistance of a coach to accelerate his undertaking and found himself advising, mentoring and assisting other business owners in his professional circle on a range of business strategies. After selling his services company he made the natural transition into what has now been over 15 years in mentoring and coaching other business owners. He is a key partner of the Centre of Influence Asia Pacific Pty Ltd alongside Brett Burden and Michael Rady.
Michael initially worked in the corporate sector for over 15 years before embarking on a journey to acquire and build other companies. He developed MA Agencies, a manufacturers agency in the 1990s which was highly successful, before moving on to found Utilities Management Group. This organisation involved consulting to all levels of Government and major corporations, and it was soon sold to an even larger organisation Sirius Ltd. Michael went on into property development and was also a joint partner in a hospitality training organisation training members on areas such as sales and other business fundamentals. He is a well established business coach of over 12 years and is a key partner with Brett Burden and Keith Collins in the Centre of Influence Pty Ltd.
Owning, building and making businesses financially viable has been Steve’s main area of interest for his entire professional life. He started by managing his own retail bicycle business in the 90s and moved on to develop himself into a long standing Wealth Advisor and Finance Broker of over 15 years. Steve’s experience has seen him be the Founder of a specialised Private Equity business focusing on distressed assets. His penchant for finance brought him to Managing Partner of a Melbourne based Financial Services organisation. Over recent years Steve has enjoyed sharing his indepth knowledge of wealth creation, debt and risk management, retirement planning and finance as a Financial Mentor at Action Victoria alongside key partners Keith Collins, Brett Burden and Michael Rady.
Tim brings over 25 years’ corporate experience into business coaching. Starting as a graduate trainee sales representative at Kraft Foods, Tim moved through the ranks to become the leader of the national sales teams of over 150 team members, responsible for delivery of approx. $0.5 billion in sales, before becoming a business coach. As a business coach Tim has successfully applied the structures, strategies and disciplines learned from big business to assist small and medium sized business owners achieve sustained performance improvement and business growth. Tim is a highly strategic and innovative thinker who has helped his clients develop compelling visions and then the strategies to help them take their business to greater levels of performance and growth.
George leads the way in transforming businesses which he has consistently demonstrated in doing for almost two decades. His successes included becoming the Managing Director of Tonnex International, a distributor of IT hardware and peripherals, a position he held for over 16 years, where he grew the business to achieve over $40 million dollars in turnover. He has also held a Vice President role in Comx Global where he was responsible for a $120 million revenue portfolio. While he was running his businesses he worked with his own coach, and found that he also had a penchant for helping other businesses move to the next level. George is a commercial minded strategic business coach who is driven to assisting his clients to deliver growth through achievable, long term results.
